REFORMER PILATES
Clinical pilates exercises are a multidisciplinary treatment method that combines mind and body, aiming to develop kinesthetic awareness with spine-centered movement.
While clinical Pilates exercises increase flexibility, normal joint movement, muscle strength, endurance, cardio-respiratory capacity, it provides motivation, focus, and physical and mental recovery.

Chiropractic treatment acts on the musculoskeletal nervous system with high velocity and low pressure.
